Always refer to the proper NIOSH chart when selecting a respirator for any application. In general for very brief exposure times an organic vapor or organic vapor/ acid vapor combination mask is sufficient. If one is to be exposed for extended duration a SCABA is the preferred respirator. It is easy to tell if ozone is leaking through your mask as the human nose is very sensitive, to organic odors, and can smell ozone at even safe levels.
