Hello Charles, Its me Jose Lima, from Los Cabos Mexico,
I have been changing ozone cells as they stop producing ozone after a few hours of work in above 75% humidity rooms. Other than installing a dehumidier in the room, how can this be prevented and how can one extend the life of the ozone cells. Are there any damp resisting ozone cells?
Dear Jose,
We now offer ceramic glazed high humidity cells in every model.
You can increase the heat with the HVAC system to reduce the overall humidity as well.
Hope this helps.
Charlles
