I would like to clear the odor from a room of 24 square meters which is used for growing cannabis. The room is an inhabited apartment.

You need to set up negative pressure airflow with an ozone generator inline.
The Hydroponic machine is perfect for that. It mounts in a 6 or 8 inch air duct and ozonates the air flowing through and outside.
